LinUP Divisione Consultancy offers, in collaboration  with  SSM, highly qualified consultancy for:

-the implementation of lean production tools within the company;

-engineering of new products and / or processes;

– internal logistics and balancing flows / lines;

– designing and ergonomic verification of the workplace;

– monitoring of production processes.

In addition to the internal / members consultants, activities can be carried out by a team of outside consultants, stemming in large part from the SSM group; with over 500 employees and an extensive presence on the national and international territory, it produces a mix of expertise which can respond quickly to market requirements, with greater flexibility concerning costs and logistics.
